Encountered a few hiccups during my stay. The gym felt neglected despite the focus on the lobby's luxurious design. it lacked the well-equipped essentials you expect from a top-tier hotel gym. Also faced issues with the TV not working, and the bed was among the most uncomfortable I’ve experienced. A luggage cart with flat tires added to the inconvenience.

This hotel suits me perfectly with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a great fitness center. On my first stay, the staff were helpful in providing directions. I highly recommend it and I'm coming back for Christmas!

Went for an event and wow, the service was top-notch! They even had folks outside guiding us to park. Inside, attendants were super helpful. Plus, they transformed a men's room into a ladies' room, which I thought was super cool! Only bummer was the expenses – the bar and breakfast will hit your wallet hard.
